Sarah C. Montgomery

Sarah is a 23-year-old actress and vocalist based in Sacramento, California.

Acting & Music

Sarah Montgomery has been active in film and theatre for several years. Specializing in musical theatre, Montgomery has won awards including an Honorable Mention from the Sacramento Area Theatre Alliance's Elly Awards. Since the age of six, she has studied piano and music theory. At 14, she vocally trained with Marisa Atha. In 2017, Sarah enrolled at Sacramento's Theatre Company's Young Professionals Conservatory. Through Sacramento Ballet, she trained in various styles of dance.

Martial Arts

Sarah began martial arts training at six years old. Over the years, she has drabbled in Karate, Taekwondo, Kung Fu, Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga, Hapkido, Judo, etc. Her favorite and most practiced art is Southern Korean Kuk Sool. At age 12, she was the first at KMSY Martial Arts to earn a perfect score during belt testing out of the youth and adult classes. Early on, she became a Junior Leader and began to assist instructors in teaching classes.

Business Owner

Currently earning her degree in business law, Sarah mentors actors and vocalists through a unique approach. While customizing individual lessons for each artist, she assists them in finding career-building opportunities and gaining exposure in their preferred field. In 2020, Sarah became famous on TikTok with over 10 million likes for her humorous videos. She has also gained traction for her written works and self-produced music across the internet. She uses her platform to advocate for mental health awareness and children's education.
